To get it out of the way, swallows nest products like this are crazy expensive, so while the price of this product is not at all out of reason, I find it hard to say someone should spend so much in comparison to taking other hair skin and nails supplements. I guess I’m in the minority, because I really like the taste of these! They’re fruity and slightly sour with not a hint of anything medicinal. I can’t tell if they’re doing anything, but I’ve never been able to tell if collagen supplements were “working.” I just know that out of all the ways I’ve ingested it, this was by far the best!
