This isn't at all bad tasting = I can't figure from the ingredients a suggestion what the flavor is but it's not much thicker than water - has a light fruity / light citric flavor, lightly sweetened with honey.. I guess I’m in the minority, because I really like the taste of these! They’re fruity and slightly sour with not a hint of anything medicinal. I can’t tell if they’re doing anything, but I’ve never been able to tell if collagen supplements were “working.” I just know that out of all the ways I’ve ingested it, this was by far the best!

I had to google what swallow's nest and pearl coix are. Apparently, the swallow's nest actually is spit from a male swallow bird - this particular species of bird makes it's nest completely out of spit. Hence why it's so expensive.
