Online: Choose the desired Gift Card, add it to the cart, and proceed to payment like regular product purchases.

2 - How to receive Gift Cards:

Within 24 hours of purchasing the Gift Card, Customers will receive the Gift Card code along with the purchase receipt via Email. In case the Customer's Email is invalid, Fine Japan USA will call to confirm with the Customer using the provided phone number and record it in the system.

3 - How to use Gift Cards: Customers can use Gift Cards in two ways.

Online: Customers enter the Gift Card code during checkout. Customers must use the full value of the Gift Card in the same order.

Offline: Customers call (888) 808-0168 to use the Gift Card. Customers provide Fine Japan USA with the Gift Card code received in the purchase receipt. Customers can use a portion of the Gift Card value. The balance will be held by Fine Japan USA for the next purchase.

Fine Gift Card regulations:

Customers are responsible for keeping the Gift Card code safe and not losing it.

Gift Cards may be temporarily withheld or refused if fraud is suspected.

Gift Cards have no cash redemption value.
